Girls Get Strong is a 6 week weight lifting program designed to teach and refine major conventional lifts to develop your strength and confidence in your training. If your goals include building strength and learning new skills in a friendly small group environment then we welcome you to come and give it a try,

It includes:

  • 2 days of programmed workouts, changing each 6 week block

  • 1 weekly class to develop your lifting technique, strength, and conditioning
