Strength for Life
Endorsed by COTA, this program supports healthy aging through safe, progressive strength and balance training. It’s ideal for adults over 50 managing a chronic condition or simply wanting to stay active, independent, and strong well into their later years.
With three supervised classes each week, you’ll have the structure, resources, and support to feel confident in your movement. If you’re interested, we’d be happy to guide you through the next steps.
Class times: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 10:00am-12:00pm
Royal Air Force Memorial Estate (RAAFA) Class time: Friday 3:00pm-4:00pm

Girls Get Strong
Learn to lift with confidence in this 6-week program for women aged 18 and up. Each block includes two self-paced weekly workouts plus a small group class every Saturday morning. Build strength, master gym equipment, and have fun in a supportive environment.
