Strength for Life
At Revolv Health, we proudly offer the Strength For Life program, endorsed by the Council on the Ageing (COTA). This program focuses on building balance and progressive strength, specifically for people aged 50 and over—whether you’re managing a chronic condition or simply want to stay active, healthy, and independent as you age.
Designed to address common age-related challenges—such as loss of bone density, muscle strength, balance, and mobility—Strength For Life offers a gradual, supportive approach. Participants attend up to three supervised classes each week, and also receive a personalised program along with ongoing support to answer any questions you may have.
A referral from your GP is required, and we’re happy to provide the necessary forms.
Class times: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 10:00am-12:00pm.
Royal Air Force Memorial Estate (RAAFA) Class time: Friday 3:00pm-4:00pm.
